Health Card 3D Model

Do you have a 3D Character, but this character needs a Health Card ID? Feel free to use this one! This Prop has been entirely made in Photoshop, and it is an actual 3D Model. Just Import the Model into your 3D Model Application (Poser, DAZ, Miku Miku Dance, etc.), and have fun! Feel free to use a different UV Map for the card, so it meets your needs. You may base the design off of mine, but, please, try to be original. That is all I ask in the world of customization. This card Prop isn't all that fancy. I just imported a Credit Card Template that I modified, and converted it to a 3D Model.

If you wish to download the Model, feel free to do so. Included in the ZIP Archive is: The Model in WaveFront (OBJ) and Collada (DAE) formats. I also include the Photoshop file, so you can play around with it in 3D Space. There's also a Text Document with some Notes in regards on what it can be used for. I will try to update the Archive to include the background used in the image. However, it may already be accessible in the Photoshop file. But, for those who do not use Photoshop, I will try to include the background in the Archive, so you can see the actual image that the card is in front of.

Credit is NOT required if you wish to use the 3D Model, but, it would be greatly appreciated.
