Crazy Pete

Here's a bit of background info.

At the age of 20, The Hacker lost his parents to an explosion caused by Victor Manuel Gerena. Since The Hacker trained as a fighter with his father, he now needed a new fighting mentor to spar with. Crazy Pete volunteered.

However, The Hacker became somewhat envious when he discovered his own cousin was one of the 5 strongest fighters in the World. The Hacker promised himself and his father that he'd defeat the Champion (Nappa), in order to claim fame and honor.

The Hacker's main challenge against Crazy Pete and the others was quite obvious - his lack of muscle. However, as he wasn't fat, either, he simply had a slight speed advantage over the competition. However, once pushed to his limits, he knew he could temporarily become a superhuman, in order to get the job done.

Crazy Pete met with at least 3 embarrassing defeats. The first was when Crazy Pete invited his mentor, The Enforcer, to team up with in an upcoming spar with his cousin. However, both men were oblivious to the result of this - Crazy Pete was defeated only a little after 2 minutes of brutal fighting, and The Enforcer was crippled by a devastating blow to his spine. At the time, The Enforcer was the second strongest fighter in the world, second only to Nappa.

However, as the time came for the Championship matches, Crazy Pete met a more embarrassing second defeat - a single neck strike - meaning he has lost in under a minute. As The Enforcer got his spine broken, The Hacker claimed the semi-finalist title by default. However, he didn't stop there, and defeated Nappa with relative ease, claiming what he always wanted - the fighting Champion title.

Crazy Pete's third and final defeat was his quickest, as again, his cousin hardly had any muscle mass. This time, he lost in 5 seconds. The Hacker merely lured his cousin into the wall, and delivered a confusingly quick punch and kick combo that only lasted 2 of the 5 seconds it took for Crazy Pete to finally realize that his cousin was the better fighter.

He was also Sonic's first challenge when the Hedgehog wished to claim the Champion title. However, Crazy Pete never desired to fight Sonic, once he heard his own cousin's ring name, out of fear that the man would defeat him in record time.
